Prices

• Standard Plan: ¥380,000 (tax included)
• Premium Plan: ¥550,000 (tax included)

• Initial online consultation (30 minutes): ¥8,800 (tax included), credited toward your total fee once you sign up for the full GK incorporation service.

Fees Payable in Addition to the Price

Plan fees include the partner Shiho-shoshi Lawyer's incorporation filing fee, the Japanese registration license tax, and Japanese consumption tax. The following are not included and remain your responsibility:

• Notarization or apostille of documents prepared by you in your home country (for example, overseas address proof or foreign-issued ID copies)
• Bank account opening fees charged by the bank
• Ongoing tax-accountant fees
• Virtual-address service fees billed separately by the address provider

Payment Method and Timing

Payments are collected via Square Invoices (online card payment) in two installments: 50% due after pre-check clearance, and 50% due before filing. Service fees are invoiced separately from your capital funds. Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in delays or suspension of services.

Service Delivery Period

Registered company documents are typically delivered within 4–8 weeks of intake acceptance. The timeline varies with international mail transit, Legal Affairs Bureau processing, and how quickly signed documents and capital remittance proof are provided.

Cancellation and Refunds

As set out in Section 8 of the Terms of Service:

• If you cancel before pre-check clearance, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued, minus a ¥30,000 administrative fee.
• After pre-check clearance, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable as work will have commenced.
• After filing submission, no refunds are available.
• Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
